Sorry it's been a while, oopsies. Right now, I am running on literally 30 minutes of sleep because I just got back from a spontaneous trip to Las Vegas :) I am so excited to tell you all about my journey haha! Time for me to go back to bed now, though <3

To speak, or to die?

This quote has haunted me for the past nine weeks. I used to think I understood what it meant, but lately, it has become a question that I constantly find myself answering in the worst possible ways: Is it better to speak, or to die?

From time to time, I feel the soul-crushing, near-crippling weight of nostalgia. 

It sits heavily on my chest and forces me to go searching for a period of time that does not exist anymore. It freezes me in my current state, unable to continue on without searching for a time when emotions were lighter, responsibilities nonexistent, and laughter came easier. Searching for people who now only exist in my memories.
